With a foundation rooted in creativity and craftsmanship, Eric’s journey began with studies in cuisine and boulangerie at Le Cordon Bleu and Ferrandi in Paris, where he developed a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision.
Since 2020, Eric has channeled his expertise into interior design, general contracting, and project management, seamlessly blending aesthetic vision with functional execution. His prior experience as a law firm attorney sharpened his skills in negotiation, client relations, and strategic planning—essential qualities that underpin his approach to leading complex construction projects.
