Peter Murawski, Founder & Partner
Peter brings nearly 15 years of experience in the general contracting industry, honed from a lifetime immersed in the trade under the mentorship of his father, Jan Murawski. This foundation instilled in him a deep respect for traditional craftsmanship and a relentless commitment to excellence.
As the founder of Mura Construction, Peter seamlessly blends old-world craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology and modern building techniques. His approach ensures the creation of timeless spaces that are not only visually stunning but built to endure for generations. From initial planning to project completion, Peter leverages advanced tools and practices to deliver superior results while honoring the integrity and longevity of classic construction.
Known for his collaborative spirit and meticulous attention to detail, Peter takes pride in creating buildings that reflect his clients' visions and stand as a testament to quality long after his work is done. Eric Lemor, Partner
Eric Lemor brings a unique and multifaceted background to his role as a partner at Mura Construction. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 2010) with double majors in History and Philosophy, Politics & Economics, of Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 2013), and of Le Cordon Bleu and Ferrandi in Paris, Eric combines analytical rigor with artistic sensibility and a meticulous attention to detail with a passion for precision.
His prior career as a law firm attorney honed his abilities in negotiation, client relations, and strategic planning—skills that now inform his leadership in construction and design, and his studies in cuisine and boulangerie gave him an additional foundation rooted in creativity and craftsmanship.
Since 2020, Eric has channeled this diverse expertise into full time general contracting and project management, seamlessly blending aesthetic vision with functional execution. His commitment to excellence extends beyond the worksite, as he strives to create transformative spaces that reflect each client’s individuality and intent. When not managing projects, Eric enjoys exploring global culinary traditions, traveling, and drawing inspiration from exceptional design around the world.
